Tracy Lynn Moore, 41, 1349 Short St., is charged with false reporting and intimidation, both Class D felonies carrying standard 18-month prison terms. An initial hearing is set for Oct. 20 in Delaware Circuit Court 1.. Moore called Hillcroft Services, 4105 N. Walnut St., on July 22, and became enraged when she was told she couldn't speak to a specific employee, saying, "Get someone else on the phone or I'm going to come there and blow Hillcroft up!"
